Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $20 or more. Orders under $20 are charged by package weight: $5.99 up to 3 lb, $9.99 for 3–10 lb, $19.99 for 10–30 lb and $29.99 over 30 lb. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that, and you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Why did my blanket or rug arrive in such a small package?

We vacuum-seal our blankets, pillows and rugs so they ship compactly. Unpack right away, shake the item out and give it 24–48 hours to recover its full loft and pile. A few minutes in the dryer on the air-fluff or lowest heat setting helps plush fabrics recover faster (check the care label first).

Can I return something?

Regular-priced items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Clearance and Final Sale items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. See Returns & Exchanges for details.

My order arrived damaged or it's the wrong item. What do I do?

Email support@hdbedding.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

How does the clearance bundle discount work?

Buy any 2 items from our Clearance collection and save 10%, or buy 3 or more and save 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the other payment options shown at checkout. Checkout is processed securely by Shopify.

Do you sell wholesale?
