Orders on hdbedding.com are sold and shipped by H&D Global Trading Inc., doing business as H&D Bedding.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During sales and holidays, processing can take 1–2 extra days. We'll email you if there's a longer delay.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $20 or more
- Orders under $20 are charged by total package weight: up to 3 lb $5.99; 3–10 lb $9.99; 10–30 lb $19.99; over 30 lb $29.99

Delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx and GOFO and choose the best carrier for each package.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
P.O. boxes
Small packages can ship to P.O. boxes through USPS. Large items such as rugs need a street address.
Address changes
Please double-check your address at checkout. To change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right. If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
