• Vacuum-sealed for shipping: shake it out and allow 24–48 hours to regain full loft
• Faux fur and plush: machine wash cold on gentle, no bleach or fabric softener, tumble dry low or air dry, don't iron
• Memory foam and TPE pillows: don't wash the core; wash the removable cover per its label
• Rugs: vacuum on low without a beater bar; if the label allows machine washing, wash cold and air dry flat

Free standard shipping on US orders of $20 or more. Orders under $20 ship at a flat rate based on weight, shown at checkout. We ship to US addresses only.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from California. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that, and you'll get a tracking number by email.

Returns

Regular-priced items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong. Clearance items are final sale.
